2023 Interior Design Trends

With so many amazing trends coming in and out of interior design, we strive to not follow trends at Supremati and create spaces that are timeless, luxurious and comfortable.

We do however love to keep up-to-date with the latest products and innovations in the industry to ensure we are offering the best advice for our clients.

Here are some interior design trends for 2023 that are definitely here to stay and inspire.

A BURST OF COLOUR

“The all-white home décor is falling flat,” adds Lindsey Smecker, principal at ESP Trendlab. “It’s important to add contrast, warmth, and dimension to white spaces so as not to feel clinical.”

We love a pop of colour and an off white wall colour such as Farrow & Ball’s Cornforth White. Adding a spot of colour into any space adds interest, personality and a sense of warmth. Whether in furniture or through artwork colour is an up lighting addition to any space and colour is always subjective rather than trend driven.

OLD IS NEW AGAIN

Supremati is a big fan of second hand and vintage accessories, and we use them when styling and decorating our clients homes. We encourage our clients to combine old with new to achieve a sense of lived in and personality. As well as being more sustainable, finding unique objects is definitely a timeless trend.

Pattern

Although pattern trends come and go, we believe investing in beautiful patterned accessories helps add interest and contrast to simplistic spaces. We love the patterned stone floor in the Luis Laplace project which is both nostalgic and timeless.
